Dehydration can lead to poor concentration, anxiety, moodiness, memory problems, and slower reaction time. Proper hydration helps maintain healthy blood circulation. Blood flow is important because it brings oxygen and glucose to the brain - essential fuel for your neurons.

Sometimes I feel stressed about being stressed because I know how harmful it can be – not helpful, I know. But like most things in life, stress isn’t black and white. It’s more of a bell curve and there’s a sweet spot where stress is helpful for brain health. The technical term for this is hormesis.
