Graphical Abstract Reductive CO2 Fixation Octanuclear zinc clusters were incorporated into the microporous organic polymer networks. Due to the adsorption and confinement effects of the networks, the zinc clusters showed enhanced catalytic performance in the reductive CO2 fixation to formamides at room temperature, compared to their molecular counterparts. Polyurethanes synthesized using biomass-derived furan diols as sustainable triboelectric materials This work shows that various polyurethanes (FPUs) prepared using biomass-derived furan diols can be applied as promising tribopositive materials. The elastic FPUs having proper glass transition temperature (Tg) could be incorporated into polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fabrics to form FPU/PET films.

Microporous organic nanoparticles bearing tri-Zn macrocycles: Heterogeneous catalysts for the conversion of biomass-derived furan esters to polymer platforms Biomass conversion to polymer platforms is presently a crucial issue that requires efficient catalysts. This work suggests a microporous organic polymer (MOP)-based multimetallic heterogeneous Lewis acid catalyst for the synthesis of biomass-derived polymer platforms.
