AbstractSkyrmions in existing 2D van der Waals (vdW) materials have primarily been limited to cryogenic temperatures, and the underlying physical mechanism of the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (DMI), a crucial ingredient for stabilizing chiral skyrmions, remains inadequately explored. Here, we report the observation of Néel-type skyrmions in a vdW ferromagnet Fe3−xGaTe2 above room temperature.

This paper addresses misalignment tolerance improvement and high-efficiency maintenance for wireless power transmission systems. Firstly, a receiving coil is designed according to Standard J2954, published by the Society of Automotive Engineers. Next, a DDQ transmitting coil is designed to accommodate a constrained operating space. The structure and parameters of the transmitting coils are determined to obtain a high coupling coefficient when offset occurs.
