The court presided over by Justice Edward Twum, fixed the date after Dr Isidore Tuffour, who represented the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), moved the application in Court today.

    The case where a woman in Accra, has sued a man who she claims to be her “sugar daddy” for allegedly breaching an agreement to take care of her came up for hearing at the High Court in Accra today. The court has asked the parties, a former National Service personnel of a bank and her immediate boss also at the bank to file their written submissions before February 23, 2023. The woman has sued the man for allegedly breaching an agreement to take care of her.
