The Aplington-Parkersburg boys took control of Monday's meet versus Iowa Falls-Alden before weather elements forced the premature ending of the competition. Hosting the Cadets, the Falcons won five of six singles matches and split a pair of doubles bouts before the No. 3 match was called early. At No. 3 doubles, Carson Allen and Keaton Mulford were deadlocked in a 6-6 tie with Jonah Carney/Noah Harbaugh when hail and rain started falling from the sky.

Behind a four-goal performance from sophomore Linde Hubbard, the Go-Hawks dominated possession of the ball and handed the Cadets their first loss of the season, 8-0.

Hosting Indian Hills for a solo nine-inning contest, it was the Warriors outhitting the Panthers 17-13 and outscoring them by an 18-13 final. The visitors led 4-3 after two frames and 8-6 after five. A couple of four-run spots in the seventh and ninth innings gave IHCC an 18-8 lead entering the bottom of the ninth.

Four of six singles wins by visiting Saydel proved to be the difference, as they left Assembly Park with a 5-4 victory over the Iowa Falls-Alden boys. Winning singles matches for the hosts were Brayden Moestchen at No. 2, as he defeated Jake Buell by an 8-4 verdict. At No. 6, Carson Allen took down Will Gates by a final of 8-3.
