    A teenager has been arrested in connection with a burglary in Norwalk where a number of items and the homeowner’s vehicle were stolen.     A man was arrested on Thursday when police raided a vape shop in Norwalk and reported finding a number of marijuana products they say were being sold illegally. The search was carried out at the Mohegan Smoke Shop at 84 N. Main St. where investigators had a search and seizure warrant in connection with an ongoing investigation into the report of smoke shops selling cannabis products without a license, according to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police Department.
