A Yorkshire terrier was scooped up by a hawk at a doggy day care in Cleveland, Tennessee, on Saturday, according to a social media post by the business. An employee let the small dogs that were being boarded at the day care out in the business' play yard to use the restroom, and she walked away to clean up another area within earshot, the post said, adding that while the employee was cleaning, a hawk swooped down, grabbed the three-pound dog and flew away with it.

WUTC's own Beatle is retiring after spending nearly four decades as a host on the radio. At least, that's what the poster for a benefit concert celebrating Richard Winham's retirement, hosted by Chattanooga's NPR station, illustrates. The poster boasts a caricature of Winham, longtime radio host, wearing a blue Sgt. Pepper coat -- baubles, fringe and all -- sitting at the studio desk with a rich green teacup in hand. The tea clearly has milk in it, a sin only a Brit would commit.
