A Chattanooga attorney has been suspended from practicing law for five years, bringing an earlier end to his 54-year legal career, Arthur C. Grisham Jr. said by phone. Grisham, 82, was suspended Tuesday and would be required to pay over $73,200 in combined restitution to two individuals to have his license reinstated, the Board of Professional Responsibility announced in a statement.
