Progressive and GEICO tied for first in overall mobile user experience. Geico won in mobile app and Progressive won for its mobile web experience. State Farm was third overall and second in app, third in mobile web. Keynova analyzes the mobile apps and mobile websites of the top 12 U.S. auto and property insurance carriers.
