Tuesday through Saturday an approaching trough will flatten the ridge currently over the region. No precipitation is expected with this system however elevated winds will likely remain with winds 15-20 mph and gusts up to 30 mph.

    RICHLAND, Wash.- Janna Davis was walking her corgi, Chicken Nugget, early Friday morning near Lewis and Clark Elementary School when two large dogs attacked her. Davis described the terrifying moment when she began screaming for help. A nearby neighbor heard her cries and rushed over. "When I looked over it, when I kind of looked up, there were a pair of running shoes next to me, and somebody was standing over me, swatting the dogs away with his hands," Davis said.
