West Chester police confirm the little girl pulled from the retention pond at Lakota Lakes apt was a 7 yo who had autism. She was reported missing around 11:30 this morning and while police were en route, someone located her body in the pond. Prayers to her family. @wlwt https://t.co/Xi9uy9JLGk

Per Boone Co Sheriff's Office: The suspect on Saunders Lane is in custody. However, the scene is still active and the shelter in place remains in effect. Everyone must avoid the area as deputies work to ensure the entire scene is safe.
