Jayshawn Cornelius had no previous run-ins with police and his family is in shock at why he was killed. Police said there were several witnesses to the shooting, and they are talking with them. But almost 48 hours later, Jayshawn’s family remains at a loss. “A 17-year-old is gone for no reason. He wasn't in the streets.
