We have advised Palatine Private Equity on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in healthcare business specialising in skin cancer screening, The MOLE Clinic, from the Hebe Group. The transaction, which is the fifth from its Impact Fund II, also includes the nationwide cosmetic skin clinic specialist Sk:n Clinics. Iain Mack, who will remain as CEO as part of Palatine’s Impact Fund, has also invested in the business.
