A Dundee man who deputies said lied about intentionally firing at another driver during a road rage shooting was arrested. The Polk County Sheriff's Office said Joseph Martinez, 35, was arrested on Saturday and is now facing an attempted second-degree murder charge. An ex-Gold & Diamond Source employee was arrested for stealing more than $650,000 worth of high-end watches from the store. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Michael Kelly, 32, is now facing a scheme to defraud charge. He's accused of stealing 36 high-end watches from the Gold & Diamond Source, which is located off of Ulmerton Road in Clearwater.
