A homeowner in northwest Harris County allegedly shot and killed a man who had allegedly stolen a barbecue pit from his home Sunday, Feb. 18. Houston ChronicleTwo toddlers were in critical condition Saturday night after a vehicle struck a woman and the children while the trio crossed a Houston street, the woman on foot and the kids riding in a small wagon pulled by the woman, officials said.
