    Delaware County Council unanimously passed a ban on ghost guns and machine gun converters, following in the steps of Harrisburg, Reading and York. The measure includes a penalty of $1,000 per violation or 10 days imprisonment or both for making a ghost gun, buying or selling the main parts needed for a ghost gun or for those manufacturing, producing, purchasing, owning, possessing, selling or transferring machine gun converters. It becomes effective 10 days after Wednesday’s passage.
