She was born in Scotland County, NC, July 11, 1958. Sue worked with Nye’s Pharmacy for fifty years. She loved seasonal decorating, cooking and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

    Joseph Edward Slinsky Jr.A graveside service for Joseph Edward Slinsky Jr., 77, will be held April 12 at 3 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery. Joe passed away April 6 in MUSC Medical Center in Charleston. Born April 23, 1947 in Conway, he was a son of the late Joseph Edward Slinsky Sr. and Alice Elizabeth Sarvis Slinsky. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Enoch Earl Sarvis. Joe was a loving brother, uncle and friend to everyone he met.

Born Aug. 9, 1961, he was a son of JoAnn Gasque Wasnesky and was predeceased his wife, Libby Squires; maternal grandparents, Calvin Gasque and Thelma Gasque Squires; one daughter, Dawn Squires; and his uncle, Gerrald Squires.

    Riley Mark Cooper A memorial service for Riley Mark Cooper, 34, will be held April 9 at 11 p.m. in Johnson Funeral Home. Mr. Cooper passed away April 3 in Conway Medical Center.  A son of Sandy Lowe and the late Mark Cooper, Riley was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish.  In addition to his father, Mr. Cooper was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Ravenell Lambert; and his paternal grandparents, Mayfield and Carol Cooper.

    Linda Mayfield MartinLinda Mayfield Martin, 77, passed away April 4 in Conway. Born Nov. 27, 1947 in Akron, Ala., Linda lived a life marked by quiet strength, kindness and enduring love. She shared many devoted years with her husband, Troy Martin, whose memory she held dear throughout her life. Together they built a family rooted in connection and care. Linda is lovingly remembered by her two children, Russell Martin of Conway and Nancy Martin of Columbia.
