A 12-year-old boy from Huntsville is facing a felony charge after police say he made a threat on social media. Prairie Grove Police Captain Jef Obrien said the boy was talking to Prairie Grove middle school students on Snapchat May 17th when he said he was going to "shoot it down," referring to their school. Police arrested the boy, who is facing a felony charge of threatening to commit acts of mass violence on school property.

We could see challenging road conditions in Northwest Arkansas in the next 24 hours as potential freezing rain moves in Monday night. Arkansas Department of Transportation spokesman Dave Parker said this is a difficult system when it comes to planning. Parker said they can't do much pre-treating because of the expected heavy rain coming first. However, Parker said crews will be out in Northwest Arkansas to monitor conditions and any changes that happen.

Fayetteville police say they're investigating a deadly shooting that happened Thursday night, Feb. 15, around 11:15 p.m. Police say one man died, and several other people were transported to the hospital with injuries.Police say the shooting happened near the Lake Fayetteville Environmental Studies Center, 599 E.
