BOISE (Court TV) — What started as a standard DUI arrest interview in Washington state turned out to be a potential bombshell revelation about the case against Bryan Kohberger. In a bodycam video dated September 2024 from the City of Pullman Police Department, the woman under arrest claimed to be a witness in the Idaho Student Murders case. She told the officer that she was a DoorDash driver who delivered food to Xana Kernodle in the predawn hours of November 13, 2022.

BOSTON (Court TV) — DNA test results show that a former Massachusetts police officer accused of killing his mistress after she told him she was pregnant did not father her unborn child. The stunning turn of events was reported by the Boston Globe after two people spoke to the newspaper on condition of anonymity. Matthew Farwell allegedly began having sex with Sandra Birchmore when she was 15 and he was 26. Birchmore was 23 when her body was found in her Canton apartment.

Their role, by design, requires them to remain neutral and low-profile so as to keep the spotlight firmly on defendants, witnesses and attorneys.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Court TV) — In what can be considered a win for Donna Adelson, legally speaking, the septuagenarian suspected murderer’s wish to get out of Tallahassee has come true. For now, at least. For the first time since her November 2023 arrival, Adelson is no longer housed within the walls of Leon County Jail. She hasn’t been released from custody, but at the request of her defense team, Adelson was transferred to neighboring Wakulla County Jail.
