    A new Ziggi’s Coffee location is on its way to Monument, offering a welcoming, lodge-style space designed for locals to gather in the Jackson Creek neighborhood. The store is owned by Monument residents Greg and Jill Bland, the husband-and-wife franchisees behind the three other Ziggi’s locations in Colorado Springs. Set to open in June or July — weather permitting — the Monument cafe will feature a warm, mountain-inspired design with barnwood accents, stonework and a copper roof.

The ethical fashion boutique and art gallery closed their doors in December 2023 after damage from a fire in a neighboring business forced them out of their locations on Bijou Street in downtown Colorado Springs.
