Fans of all ages are showing their support for Riley Leonard, the Baldwin County native and Fairhope High School graduate who will take the field Monday night in hopes of leading the Notre Dame Fighting Irish to their first college football national championship since 1988. “The town’s exited, the world is exited, and we’re so proud of you,” his mother, Heather Riley, said in a YouTube video posted by J. Larry Newton Elementary School, where she teaches.

Take potted plants and trees inside or put them in a garage or other place to shield them from the extreme cold.
