    At the end of 2022, former Crystal Lake vocalist Ryo Kinoshita made his triumphant return back to metalcore in a big way. Introducing his experimental metalcore project KNOSIS (you can read more about the details here), it wasn't long before the man renowned for his monster vocals was taking the project across the world and picked up by Sharptone Records in the process.

    2024. What a wild year it has been. When I stepped into this year my goal was just to get my journalism degree and see what happens. I had no idea it would lead me to fly to Japan five times. Also, going to cover festivals in Thailand, The Philippines and China. Also popping into Vietnam to hang out with their metalcore/hardcore community. I am not going to lie. This year has been overwhelming in one of the best ways.
