PEORIA – The Wall That Heals, a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., is on display through Sunday at Lake Pleasant in Peoria. The traveling replica has been displayed in nearly 700 communities across the U.S., according to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund. The three-quarter-scale replica is 375 feet long and 7.5 feet tall and honors the more than 3 million Americans who served in the U.S. armed forces in the Vietnam War.
