SANTAQUIN – Peaches, apples and cherries are starting to blossom in orchards around Santaquin. To keep his family farm running and the fruit trees productive, Curtis Rowley relies on the federal H-2A guest worker program. “I’m just a farmer,” Rowley said. “Part owner with all my brothers.”All the laborers at Cherry Hill Farms are on H-2A visas.
