News Author Raymond Antrobus and illustrator Rebecca Cobb are among those featured in the 12th annual shortlist for Oscar’s Book Prize. The £10,000 award for the best picture book for young children this year spotlights authors and illustrators based from Cornwall to North Yorkshire.  The prize, which is supported by Amazon and the London Standard, also includes a strong showing for London creators on its six-strong shortlist.
