    CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A fugitive who allegedly hit an officer with a car was arrested on Tuesday in Caroline County. A 42-year-old Ashland woman, Sherenda Elaine Stevens, was arrested today in a joint investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies. She was wanted on several outstanding charges, per authorities. The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office was actively looking for Stevens for court-issued probation violations.
