He was charged with making a false bomb report, which he pleaded not guilty to during his arraignment Wednesday at the Larson Justice Center.

    DESERT HOT SPRINGS, Calif. (KESQ) - Two people are in the hospital after being shot in Desert Hot Springs early Tuesday morning. The shooting was first reported at around 2:15 a.m. in the 12700 block of Avenida Alta Loma. Officers found a victim at the house. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition, DHSPD Chief Steven Shaw told News Channel 3. Shaw said a second victim was found in a vehicle at the Union 76 gas station on Indian Canyon Drive.
