The defending state champions jumped out to a three-run lead and sidelined Salem 6-2 in the Class 3A North Harrison Sectional championship game.     SELLERSBURG — A huge first-half surge fueled Seymour to a 57-35 win at Silver Creek in the regular-season finale for both Friday night. The Hoosier Hills Conference co-champion Owls embarked on a game-changing 21-2 run to take command. Michael Brooks netted a game-high 19 points to lead Seymour (18-4), which its sixth straight game. Nate Davidson scored 11 for the Dragons (12-9). Silver Creek led 5-4 after Kasen Daeger drained a 3-pointer with 4 minutes, 57 seconds left in the first quarter.
