Ground Control Touring and reproductive justice nonprofit Noise for Now held their second annual Abortion Access Benefit Series on Saturday (1/20) in five cities, NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Nashville. Each city had a different lineup, and NYC featured Chanel Beads, Donna Missal, DREA (DJ set), Frankie Cosmos, keiyaA, Kevin Devine, LustSickPuppy, NOIA, Nourished By Time, Pom Pom Squad, and youbet, with Milly Tamarez hosting.

After debuting the series back in January, Ground Control Touring and reproductive justice nonprofit Noise For Now have announced the second edition of their Abortion Access Benefit Series. For 2024, they’re expanding from three to five cities, happening on Saturday, January 20 in NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Nashville. All proceeds will go to Noise for Now, who will allocate the funds to local independent abortion clinics and abortion funds.

o the editor,A slight disagreement with Mr. Stickels: I think Daylight Saving Time should be shorter. Make Easter the last Sunday in April and start it then and end it on Labor Day weekend. The kids are back in school by then so it would work out fine. We need more fast food places like we need a four-lane highway through town. What we need is something where we can sit down and have a slower meal, or a self-serve car wash. They would have made out like a bandit last year. Kevin DevineCambridge
