DENVER — Frontier Airlines is officially overhauling its pricing structure, bringing it more in line with its larger competitors. Going forward, the Denver-based airline will eliminate change fees on some tickets and create four fare classes to appeal to more travelers. AbstractLanguage models have enabled a new era of biological sequence modeling. However, extracting meaningful sequence-level embeddings from these models remains challenging. In this work, we introduce ProteinCLIP, which applies contrastive learning between a protein's amino acid sequence and curated text describing its function. ProteinCLIP thus learns to take a pre-trained protein language model's sequence embedding and refines it produce a function-centric embedding.

Signed by Governor Jared Polis Wednesday, SB24-079 only allows motorcycles to move between cars if they're stopped or under 15 miles per hour (also known as lane filtering). It also requires that lanes be wide enough to pass safely and that conditions are safe to allow the pass to happen in the first place.

DENVER โ Colorado has landed its longest nonstop flight yet.
Turkish Airlines will conduct service between Denver International Airport (DIA) and Turkey's Istanbul Airport (IST).
Denver Mayor Mike Johnston and DIA CEO Phil Washington announced the new flight at a ceremony Thursday at the Denver City and County Building.
Turkish Airlines will serve as the 26th airline to operate at Denver's airport. Flights are scheduled to begin June 11.

Dearfield, located around 25 miles east of Greeley, was the largest Black homesteading settlement in Colorado, according to the National Park Service (NPS). Originally founded in 1910 by Oliver Toussaint Jackson, the settlement was one of several Black settlements that formed in the decades following the American Civil War.
