2. Transformer Disassembly System Preprogram DesignThis paper proposes a transformer disassembly system based on multimodal sensing and intelligent control for the efficient and safe disposal of used transformers. The system integrates RGB-D cameras, multimodal data fusion, and deep learning models to enable fully automated transformer disassembly. The process is divided into two main components: the cover plate and the internal structure.

4.3. Full Oil Recovery ExperimentFirstly, the degraded insulating oil inside the waste transformer’s oil tank was extracted. The factory parameters indicate that the total amount of insulating oil is approximately 275 kg. The flow rate of the recovery system’s oil pump is 40 L/min. The oil was extracted using both the upper interface for oil extraction and the lower interface for residual oil suction simultaneously, until the oil pump flow sensor indicated a flow rate of 0.

Abstract2D template matching (2DTM) can be used to detect molecules and their assemblies in cellular cryo-EM images with high positional and orientational accuracy. While 2DTM successfully detects spherical targets such as large ribosomal subunits, challenges remain in detecting smaller and more aspherical targets in various environments. In this work, a novel 2DTM metric, referred to as the 2DTM p-value, is developed to extend the 2DTM framework to more complex applications.
