NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- Police are investigating after a 19-year-old man died hours after being shot at an East Harlem public housing complex early Wednesday. At approximately 3:36 a.m., police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at 205 E 112 St. Upon arrival, police observed Ramon Alvarez with a gunshot wound to the torso, conscious and alert. EMS rushed Alvarez to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem where he was later pronounced dead.

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Friday released a photo of a man they are looking to identify accused of groping two women within 20 minutes in Brooklyn last month authorities said. At approximately 2:25 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, a 24-year-old woman was walking in front of 2319 Nostrand Ave. in East Midwood when she was approached by the suspect from behind. The suspect touched the victim’s buttocks and was last seen fleeing northbound on Nostrand Avenue.

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 69-year-old man was reportedly found dead on a Staten Island beach after crashing into a concrete barrier Monday morning. Police found the man unresponsive outside of his vehicle at the intersection of Joline Avenue and Tricia Way in Tottenville just after 6:30 a.m. EMS pronounced him dead on the scene. The crash scene is right near the waters of Raritan Bay, and a source told the Staten Island Advance that the man was found on the beach.

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to locate a homeless man accused of following a 74-year-old woman into her Harlem home then groping her last month. At about 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, the suspect followed the victim into her apartment in the vicinity of Broadway and West 142nd Street, officials said. Once inside the apartment, the suspect, identified as 64-year-old Alfred Eaddy, touched the victim’s intimate parts over her clothing before fleeing out of the building on foot.
