A number of senate republicans have introduced a resolution officially supporting President Donald Trump's airstrike's on Iran. The resolution supporting Operation Midnight Hammer was led by Senator John Cornyn of Texas supporting what is listed as the United States' decisive military strikes to degrade Iran's nuclear program. A number of republican colleagues signed onto the legislation but Senator Ted Cruz is absent from the list of sponsors. Cruz has spoken out in support of the operation.

The City of Fort Worth is giving more details about a major change to its ambulance service. The city is transitioning from over four decades of service from MedStar to EMS being provided by the city's fire department. Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker says they hope this move creates improvements to several key areas. "Improving quality of service and efficiency on the operations side, improving response times by up to 5.5 minutes, improving our 911 system," Parker said.
