In a bid to adapt to changing consumer banking habits, Santander Bank reportedly plans to shutter four branches in New Jersey this summer. According to USA Today, the Boston-based financial institution expects to close the following sites between in July and August:Hoboken, 214 Washington St.Newark, 873 Broad St.Pennington, 2583 Pennington RoadWharton, 40 S Main St.Following the closures, Santander Bank will still have more than 200 locations across the state.

Dave’s Hot Chicken has launched its first restaurant in Bergen County. Located at 65 Route 4 in Paramus, the fast-growing spicy chicken chain celebrated its grand opening with a June 12 ribbon-cutting ceremony. Founded eight years ago as a parking lot pop-up in West Hollywood, the brand is known for Nashville-style hot chicken sliders and tenders with adjustable spice levels. It also offers sides, such as mac & cheese, kale slaw and cheese fries.

Novelty retailer Spencer’s is marking the 15th anniversary of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” with a limited-edition collection inspired by some of the hit reality show’s biggest moments. The brand, which is owned by Egg Harbor Township-based Spencer Spirit Holdings Inc., is billing its new lineup of apparel, drinkware and accessories as a “love letter to the chaos, the camaraderie and the clubbing” that the TV show became known for.
