A suspected drunk driver was arrested after being spotted driving around Wolverhampton without a seat belt. However, officers claimed to have been able to 'smell' booze on the driver and subjected them to a breathalyser test. It gave a reading of 87 - which is more than double the legal limit.

Congestion near Junction 10 of the M6 has caused delays for drivers this morning (April 8).
