DETROIT — The Eastern Conference No. 6 seed Detroit Pistons held practice Wednesday as they shift their focus to the postseason and a first-round matchup against the No. 3 seed New York Knicks. Game 1 of the series will tip off on Saturday at Madison Square Garden in New York. Following the extended session, Pistons coach J.B. Bickerstaff, president of basketball operations Trajan Langdon, guard Cade Cunningham and forward Isaiah Stewart spoke with reporters.

Several days ago, the NBA announced that Game 1 of the Detroit Pistons–New York Knicks first-round series will tip off Saturday, Apr. 19, at 6 p.m. on ESPN. While tip off times for all games haven’t been released, the league has unveiled the full series schedule. Shortly after their Saturday evening showdown, both teams will return to the court for Game 2 on Monday, Apr. 21, at Madison Square Garden.
