"Ninety percent of our families are challenged financially and so because of that often preschool is out of reach," said principal John Hamilton. Dec. 7, 1941 — Life in the islands was forever changed following the attack on Pearl Harbor. Many Hawaiians witnessed the bombing firsthand, including my 92-year-old grandfather, Solomon Niau. (We did this story together a year ago) #pearlharbor #worldwar2 #hawaiian https://t.co/rnSDHIeBRw
