Arkansas took the lead in the top of the third inning and never looked back as they won this one 7-4. LSU has used the long ball to control this series in games one and two. Casan Evans made his second straight Sunday start. Unlike the previous two games, LSU was able to get on the board first. In the top of the fourth inning, Luis Hernandez hit an RBI double and Steven Milam hit an RBI single to give the Tigers a 2-0 lead.

After a disappointing loss in game one, LSU baseball needed a bounce-back to even the series in game two. It did just that as Anthony Eyanson pitched a complete game to lead the Tigers to a 2-1 win. Tigers' head coach Jay Johnson made some major lineup changes as Jared Jones was moved to the leadoff spot and John Pearson got his first start of the year as the designated hitter. This game started just like game one. Neither team could string together hits, so we were tied 0-0 for multiple innings.
