Section II’s softball champions for 2025 have been crowned. All six area championship games were played Thursday, with four at Luther Forest Athletic Fields in Malta and two at Moreau Recreational Park in Moreau. By the time the day was done, Shenendehowa (Class AAA), Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Class AA), Ichabod Crane (Class A), Chatham (Class B), Stillwater (Class C) and Argyle (Class D) hoisted the championship plaques and earned spots in the state tournament.
