HAMPTON — Kecoughtan High baseball coach Bryant Liberta knew this would be a season of uncertainties. “This year we came into the season with a lot of guys who didn’t have a lot of varsity experience,” he said. “So I knew early on we were probably gonna go through a lot of ups and downs, and it showed. We had a lot of games this year that we had big leads, but couldn’t close it.”The lack of experience led to an 0-10 start for the Warriors as they were outscored 95-34.
