An under-construction Toorak apartment project is close to selling out after a mother-and-daughter duo snapped up two adjacent apartments off-the-plan for a combined $17 million. The dual deal follows developer Orchard Piper selling two penthouses off-the-plan in May last year in the same project (known as Toorak Village) for a combined $23 million to downsizing locals.
