This study analyzes a series of five online events, hosted by the nonprofit public dialogue organization, Essential Partners (EP), for members of the healthcare community to discuss their experiences working through the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. While disruptive for nearly all of us, the pandemic was particularly disturbing for these healthcare workers who confronted change in so many aspects of their personal and professional lives.
