Maestro Group snaps up heritage-listed Enmore venue

Maestro Hospitality (run by Anna and Alessandro Pavoni) and business partner Bill Drakopolous (Sydney Restaurants Group) have purchased the iconic Marie Louise Salon on Enmore Road in Sydney’s Inner West. The two forces are the new custodians of the heritage-listed site which was previously home to Bar Louise, operated by Paisano & Daughters, which decided to sell the venue and focus on its string of new openings on Australia Street in Newtown.
