The 63rd annual Salone del Mobile.Milano trade fair takes place April 8–13 at Fiera Milano, Rho. According to the latest update, the show will feature more than 2,000 exhibitors—760 from abroad—and 148 brands. The show has attracted 84 first-time exhibitors. The Euroluce Biennial has returned with more than 300 brands, from 25 countries, and the SaloneSatellite features 700 designers under 35 and 20 international schools and universities.

GERING — Gering High School will be highlighted by Samsung as part of the school’s success in the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow contest following the Samsung team’s visit to GHS Monday. The Bulldogs have won the most in the contest’s 10 years as a three-time, consecutive state winner and a national winner in 2017. During that time, over 20,000 entries from across the country have come in for the contest.

The Nebraska Early Childhood Workforce Commission—a group of more than 40 Nebraska public- and private-sector leaders held a report launch to discuss the findings of a three year study entitled “Elevating Nebraska’s Early Childhood Workforce: Report and Recommendations of the Nebraska Early Childhood Workforce Commission.
