A cold front rolling through Phoenix brought another evening of rain to the Valley. A strong weather disturbance Thursday was expected to carry on with the series of storms that began rolling across metro Phoenix on Tuesday last week. Continued rain chances, cooler temperatures, gusty winds, hail and lighting were expected to linger in the Phoenix area through Friday, according to the National Weather Service in Phoenix. The storm hit the West Valley around 2:15 p.m. and moved to the east.
