    MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — A 16-year-old boy has critical injuries after he was allegedly shot by his mother during a domestic dispute late Sunday night in Mesa. Police responded to the reported shooting around 9 p.m. at an apartment complex near Dobson Road and Southern Avenue. Witnesses at the scene told police that a teen boy had been shot in the neck, and he was put into a black car that left the scene. Officers followed the car to the emergency room and began speaking to those involved.

This protest comes after the U.S. struck three nuclear sites in Iran early Sunday, inserting itself into Israel‘s war aimed at destroying the country’s nuclear program in a risky gambit to weaken a longtime foe despite fears of a wider regional conflict. The protest at the Capitol Sunday evening has remained peaceful.

    HOLBROOK, AZ (AZFamily) — A man is behind bars after allegedly operating a chop shop and stealing from multiple people in northern Arizona. Between June 8 and 12, Navajo County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) Deputies responded to multiple burglary reports in the area east of Snowflake. Deputies say the burglaries involved high-value equipment like generators, solar panels and other power tools.

    KINGMAN, AZ (AZFamily) — A man is in custody for allegedly attempting to kill someone in Kingman earlier this week. Just after 2:15 a.m. on Monday, Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the 4700 block of Powell Avenue for reports of an assault. When deputies arrived, they found a man inside a home with head and chest injuries. He also had injuries around his stomach.

    PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Fire crews responded to a fast-moving fire at a mobile home park in Phoenix Sunday afternoon. Around 4 p.m., Phoenix firefighters responded to 43rd Avenue and Van Buren Street for reports of multiple mobile homes on fire. When crews first arrived, two mobile homes were on fire. Because of the extreme heat, the fire was quickly elevated to a 1-alarm fire. So far, fire crews say five mobile homes have been affected and 33 people will be displaced.
