Recently combined digital creative agency Nibble Edge has launched a 24-hour off-shore creative production studio to service its global clients. The studio has a headcount of more than “30 multidisciplinary designers, developers, and producers” spread across two hubs in the Indian cities of Chennai and Bangalore, according to its founding director, Fergus Stoddart. When speaking with Mumbrella, Stoddart named Aravindsamy Ashok as studio lead.

Two former Wired Co media heads have launched a new media consultancy with a “bold” model designed to help brands manage their own paid media and give agencies more flexibility with senior strategic support, Mumbrella can reveal. Following another agency restructure, Emotive has appointed Poem’s Jessica Cluff for the “newly created” role of head of earned creative. Cluff joins the indie creative agency after nearly two years with Poem, where she led the comms agency’s creative offering. Last week, Poem took her departure as an opportunity to “evolve [its] agency model” with some senior leadership changes. It also announced the appointment of Tom Manning as Cluff’s replacement.

Brand activation agency Because ANZ has undertaken a complete rebrand including a new name, Mumbrella can reveal. Now known as Curious Nation, the nearly 15-year-old agency was entering a new chapter and its name no longer reflected its purpose, according to co-founders Meredith Cranmer and Gareth Brock. The agency was co-founded in 2011 as a joint venture with Sharon Richey, founder of Because UK.
