‘To err is human,” goes the popular saying. But that doesn’t mean artificial intelligence (AI) can’t make mistakes. It’s neither perfect, nor divine. I recently took a short introductory course to AI at a local community center. The program was aimed at senior citizens in a fast-changing world. Technophobe that I am, I went mainly to try to conquer my fears.

Israel takes the Eurovision Song Contest very seriously. This year, when Supernova massacre survivor Yuval Raphael represented the country in Basel, was no exception. Her song, “New Day Will Rise,” was the runner-up in the grand final Saturday night. In a very tight finish, ultimately Raphael was beaten by Austria’s JJ, a young opera singer. We need to focus on capabilities, not guessing intent. This is not a war over territory. It’s a jihadist war against the West. Iran doesn’t need high-precision ICBMs to deliver nuclear energy. My Word: Early wake-up calls and alarms - opinion https://t.co/DJdKUdUsYG

Kinocide is the deliberate exploiting of tight familial bonds to increase the impact of terror. Hamas and PIJ on Oct. 7 livestreamed rape & murder to intensify pain & fear. My Word: What connects kinocide, genocide, and social media https://t.co/2brj96mNfJ
