The Jerusalem Post is a broadsheet newspaper located in Jerusalem, available in both English and French versions. It was established in 1932 by Gershon Agron under the name The Palestine Post and was renamed The Jerusalem Post in 1950. In 2004, the newspaper was purchased by Mirkaei Tikshoret, an Israeli media company owned by investor Eli Azur. In April 2014, Eli Azur also acquired the Maariv newspaper.
