정선수출유한공사 (ESSENTIAL EXPORT LIMITADA;"이의인") 는 2022년 1월에 제56938298호"사진사진"상표 ("피이의 상표") 에 대해 이의신청을 제기하였고, 국가지식재산권국은 최근 이 상표에 대해 등록하지 않는다는 결정을 내렸다. 사건의 경위 이의인의 주장: 1) 피이의상표와 제7690406호"", 제3526840호""등 인증상표는 유사한 상품에 근사상표로 구성된다. 2) 인증상표의 높은 지명도와 영향력을 바탕으로 피이의상표의 등록과 사용은 소비자의 혼동과 오인을 더욱 쉽게 일으킨다. 3) 피이의인이 부정한 수단으로 피이의상표를 등록하여 성실신용원칙을 위반하고 불량한 사회적 영향을 초래했다.피이의자는 이의자의 상표를 빼앗았을뿐만아니라 기타 유명한 브랜드도 빼앗아 피이의자의 악의를 한층 더 실증하였다. 이에 근거하여 이의인은 피이의상표의 등록은 거절해야 된다고 주장하였다.

The morphological properties of the eye region, such as sclera exposure, are thought to play an important role in nonverbal communication.
